The membership works similarly to a supermarket loyalty card. Every time you make a purchase you collect points and you can earn bonus points for donating clothes through the H&M Conscious program.
Shoppers have the opportunity to collect additional points when they become a plus member. Once you have collected 300 points or more.
This will give you better access to offers and deals and with the festive season approaching it will be a good time to save and collect points.
How do I sign up?
All you have to do is sign up for the app free of charge and add to become a member.
How will I receive points?
Once you joined you will receive points for every purchase made online and in-store.
What is the value of each loyalty point?
€1= 1 point
How long are my points valid?
Points are valid for 12 months following your membership start date Your membership year starts on a given date, and can be found on your member card. At the end of the membership year, the points will be reset and a new membership year starts.
How to earn Conscious points for conscious choices
Collect Conscious points when you bring unwanted clothes or textiles to the store, use your own shopper bag in-store, and when purchasing conscious items.
