Battle for the Bay 2020 Postponed

Battle for the Bay is an annual Kitesurfing and Suping Competition that takes place in Bull Island. The family-friendly event is free of charge and everyone is welcome to attend.

What is the Battle for the Bay?

The event is a competition where all the best riders in the country join together in a race to win in one of Ireland’s most beautiful spots, Dollymount Beach.

This will be the first leg of the Irish Kitesurfing Association (1KSA) Tour.

There will be live music stages with bands and DJs playing music all weekend long. Funfair attractions, a kid zone and a place to explore the wildlife of Dublin Bay and a chance to talk to some experts.

There is also a food village on-site, with plenty of spaces for picnics.
